That’s the birth of new opportunities, like Instagram (Facebook for photos), Snapchat (Facebook for videos), Property Finder (Dubizzle for real estate). But you need what we call a "Twist“, a unique feature to help you standout.

Own A Frame work - This framework/templates helps you leverage the "give it a name concept" (where when any solution starts by addressing all needs, FB, Amazon, Dubizzle, etc…with time the different customers segments and their needs find less value as the solution trying to please everyone, so they become open for niches supporting their own needs separately. Adopt and Innovate - But just launching a similar FB for photos won't cut it, you need what we call "Twist" in this template, but it's nothing but a unique feature. See, Instagram took one feature (or benefit) from FB which is sharing photos and did it uniquely, so you need:
Niche: take a solution and provides one specific benefit. The one you provide should be the best one the trend (use our cards to have an idea) is going with and the one that the main big solution FB is not focusing on, photos on FB were not feature-backed.
Twist: make it unique and address more deep needs in that particular feature, benefit. The twist for Instagram was smartphone + pic filters.
